A quick note from our founder: 

Hello, and welcome to our site! The newest personal training and nutrition site on the net.

A little about myself, I have a long background in sport, exercise, training and nutrition, with a BSc in Physical Education, Sports Science and Physics from the world renowned, top sports science and sporting institute in the UK, Loughborough University. Having worked with many individuals and sports teams in countries around the world, I came to the conclusion that most people do not need to spend fortunes to achieve their fitness and health goals, and it can be a lot easier than they realise. So, I set about creating a website that people can rely on to bring them the information and support they need, based on truth and science, at a price everyone can afford!

Our emphasis is on long term, sustainable good health, not short term results that don't last. We believe strongly, like many people, that combining regular exercise with a healthy, nutritional diet is key to not only a healthier life, but also a happier one. However, this is often easier said than done.
