Training and Fitness

The training and fitness section is where you will find all you need to know about how to get the most out of your exercise time. Here you will find a continually expanding bank of exercises, with txt, video and audio explanations and tutorials helping you to perform each exercise correctly, with good technique so that you are not only working smarter, but working safer. Good technique is an important part of avoiding injury and keeping fresh, increasing your chances of achieving your goals. Working smarter helps you to get the greatest benefit from your training and not wasting your time exercising and getting no where with it.

You will also find many helpful and often vital information reports on how to train effectively. This includes subjects such as when to train, what sort of training you should be doing and what you might be doing wrong. You will also find here general training schedules specific to certain sports and training goals, such as training schedules for rugby and football, or how to improve your sprinting. Each of these are up to date programmes from some of the top sources and trainers there are.

When the second stage of the site development is completed, this section will also become fully interactive. You will be able to put together your own training routine, using whatever exercises you want to use. When you have finished, you will then be able to save it, print it, or download it as txt, audio or video format, allowing you to take it with you when you train as a work book, audio tuition or a podcast, bringing your personal training with you, wherever you want to train.
